OUR METHOD

At Reps & Rounds, our focus is getting you stronger and fitter through our training. We spread our training into 12 Week Blocks, with a main focus on building your strength, as well as your conditioning over the 12 weeks. By taking the stress away from your training, we can then focus on everything else to help you becoming the best version of you.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Join us for Strength & Conditioning and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These suit a range of levels, from beginner to advanced, so whether you are just starting, or experienced, these sessions will help you get stronger. 45 minutes is all you need.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with one of our Qualified Coaches in a weekly 1-on-1 Personal Training Session. They can help you with your training, nutrition and everything in between. Contact one of our coaches today!

Get Unlimited Group Sessions per week for only $49.95. Over 25 Sessions a week, morning and night, so there is always a time to train.


No lock in's, just 2 weeks notice when you wish to cancel.
